FRIED CHICKEN flavor opor


1. 1 chicken, cut into eight sections
2. 500 ml thick coconut milk from a coconut
3. Dilute 500 ml coconut milk from a coconut
4. 3 bay leaves
5. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
6. 2 knuckles galangal, smashed
7. Two knuckles of ginger, crushed
8. 3 sheets of orange leaves
9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
10. Fried onions to taste

Subtle Seasonings:

1. 6 red onions
2. 3 cloves garlic
3. 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
4. Salt to taste

How to Make Fried Chicken Marinade Recipes opor:

1. Heat oil, saute ground spices, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal, ginger, lime leaves until fragrant.
